TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The design and structural properties of our mechanical clamping and fastening systems make them virtually indestructible and maintenance-free, but should you experience any doubts or difficulties of any kind, we shall help you quickly and efficiently.
Maintenance of our Vacuum clamping systems is straightforward and can generally be carried out by following simple tips that we can provide remotely.
Our maintenance kit, including oil and filters suitable for your system, will solve most routine maintenance needs.
If the problem cannot be solved remotely, we will promptly take action and suggest suitable temporary solutions in order not to interrupt your production process; should it become necessary to repair one of our products, we will make every effort to provide you with replacement equipment.
All our systems are tested, supplied with dimensional certification and covered by a 24-month European warranty.
